Cancellation and Credit Policy

1. Cancellation by Parent

  • General: Cancellations for camp or program registrations must be submitted in writing to Hockey Moves at info@hockeymoves.ca.
  • More than 14 days before the start date: A full Hockey Moves credit will be issued, which may be used for future camps, programs, or apparel purchases.
  • Between 48 hours and 14 days before the start date: A 50% Hockey Moves credit will be issued.
  • Less than 48 hours before the start date: Credit may be provided in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Hockey Moves.

2. Cancellation by Hockey Moves

We try our best to run programs even with lower enrollment numbers. Hockey Moves reserves the right to cancel any camp or program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full credit of all fees paid will be issued.

3. Credit Process

  • Credits will be applied to your account within 3-5 business days of the cancellation request or program cancellation notice.
  • Credits may be used toward registration for future camps, programs, or apparel purchases.

 

Returns and Credit Policy for Apparel and Equipment

4. Returns

  • Items purchased online or in person may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase for all returns.
  • Returns can be processed in person or via mail, with shipping costs covered by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Credit for Returns

  • Approved returns will receive a Hockey Moves credit instead of a refund.
  • Items that do not meet return criteria may be denied credit.
  • If an item is defective or incorrect, Hockey Moves will provide a credit and cover standard return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered for different sizes or colours of the same item, subject to availability.
  • If an exchange cannot be completed, a Hockey Moves credit will be issued.

By enrolling in a Hockey Moves program or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
