- Inside & Outside Edge Control – Building balance and precision
- Lateral Movement & Mobility – Quick feet, smooth transitions
- Forward & Backward Fluidity – Seamless directional flow
- Explosive Starts & Stops – Power, agility, and command
- Edge-to-Edge Transitions – Dynamic movement and spatial awareness

Hockey Moves is amazing!! So well organized! Great communication with players and parents leading up to camp!! The coaches were patient and so knowledgeable. They had the kids moving and having fun the entire time! My son can't wait for the next camp! Highly recommend for all skill levels!!!
