Hockey Moves Half-Day Camp is a week of dynamic hockey programming to develop hockey players of all skill levels. For ages 10-14 (Rep 9 year olds may join.)
Each player will be assigned to a group based on their ability, to ensure everyone improves while having fun.
Includes:

10 hours of ice time (2 hours a day)

Energetic dry land training

Fun learning environment for all skill levels

FREE Hockey Moves practice jersey

Light refreshments
Requirements:
- Bring full hockey equipment & water bottle
- Pack clothes and running shoes for dryland training
Schedule:
12:30 PM: Check-In
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM Gear up for ice time
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: On-ice skill development, including shooting stations, skating drills, and games
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Dry land. Off-ice activities, including stretching, dry-land training, and team-building exercises
4:00 PM: Check-out
